Our top line, heavy duty cycle, bag gripper with quick adjustable width and a 50 kg payload for the palletizing of various bags.
You can rapidly change the bag width from 315mm to 615mm. Independently controlled deck plates provide better accuracy of the bag placement on the pallet. High performance cylinders with grooved sensor retention for greater dependability and superior guidance provides for a smooth adjustment and stable operation. Available options include, hooks for pallet pick up, retractable vacuum cups for slip sheet placement and pneumatic clamping to hold down the bag during robot transport.
